Who we are
ProCoord Construction Services is a general contracting business based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, operating at 167 Lombard Ave Unit 500, Winnipeg, MB R3B 3H8. Our website is https://procoord.ca.
This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Information you give us
The only personal information we actively collect is what you submit through our quote request form:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The type of project you're planning
- The project details you choose to describe
We use this solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing purposes.
If you contact us directly by phone or email instead, we keep whatever information you provide in that correspondence for the same purposes.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records limited technical information when you visit:
- IP address
- Browser type and device
- Pages viewed and time spent
- The site or search that referred you
We use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand how people find and use the site so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes this data on our behalf. You can opt out across all websites using Google's browser add-on.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies for two purposes:
- Essential — basic site function and security
- Analytics — Google Analytics, as described above
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the site or submit a quote request.
Third-party services
Some parts of our site load resources from other companies. When that happens, your IP address is visible to those providers:
- Google Fonts — typefaces used on the site
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics — website usage measurement
- unpkg.com — JavaScript library used for page animations
- Google Maps — our location link in the footer
Our website is hosted by Hostinger, which stores site data on its servers. Our quote form and email tools are provided by plugins running on that hosting.
We also link to our profiles on Facebook and Instagram. Those platforms have their own privacy policies, and clicking through takes you outside our site.
How long we keep your information
We keep quote requests and related correspondence for as long as needed to serve you, and afterwards for as long as we may need it for business records, warranty questions, or legal and tax obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.
Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share it only where necessary to do the work you've asked us to do — for example with a subcontractor, supplier, or permitting authority involved in your project — or where we are required to by law.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct it if it's inaccurate
- Ask us to delete it, subject to any records we're legally required to keep
- Withdraw your consent to us contacting you

Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, including HTTPS encryption across the site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
