Brian Busuego started where most project managers never have — on the tools. After earning his Level 3 electrical certification, he moved into project coordination, managing residential, commercial, and industrial builds across Winnipeg. He completed Project Management training with the Winnipeg Construction Association and founded ProCoord to do things differently: hands-on experience, real accountability, and no middlemen.
