Vega Basement Development This full basement development on Vega Bay transformed an unfinished lower level into a fully liveable space built around entertainment and comfort. The centerpiece is a dedicated home theatre room featuring custom acoustic slat wall panels, recessed lighting, and tiered seating — designed for an immersive cinema experience at home. The basement also includes two full bathrooms with glass shower enclosures, a private bedroom with egress window, and additional flex living space. Dark hardwood-style LVP flooring runs throughout, contrasted with crisp white walls and doors for a clean, modern finish. ProCoord managed the full scope — permits, trades coordination, flooring, framing, electrical, and final walkthrough.
