Templeton Basement Development The Templeton project is a full basement development built around atmosphere and liveable comfort. The space centers on an open entertainment lounge with warm ambient purple accent lighting, orange leather lounge seating, and a dedicated TV and media wall — designed for relaxed evenings and hosting. The staircase entry was refinished with clean LVP treads leading into a wide open corridor, with curated art pieces and warm pendant lighting setting the tone from the first step down. Earthy olive-toned walls and natural wood flooring run throughout, giving the space a warm, grounded feel distinct from the typical white basement finish. ProCoord handled the full development scope — framing, flooring, lighting, electrical, and trade coordination from permits to final walkthrough.
